Elizabeth attended Monmouth University and received her Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Clinical Practice with Families and Children. Elizabeth has been trained in Sand Play Therapy from Lighthouse Counseling & Sand Play Training Center. She was also trained by The Play Therapy Institute of Colorado in Synergetic Play Therapy, which is a research-informed model of play therapy that combines play therapy techniques with interpersonal neurobiology, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness.
Elizabeth’s style of psychotherapy provides a safe space for children and adolescents to explore and express themselves openly and authentically without judgement. She is passionately committed to building a genuine and comfortable relationship with clients while assisting them in the direction of wellness, peace, and healing.

Hannah specializes in couples and families,
postpartum anxiety and depression, early
adulthood with a focus on college and career,
and individuals centering on trauma-focused
care to reconnect the mind and body. Hannah
believes in assisting her clients in recognizing
their strengths and to help them discover new
strengths and ideas so they can reach their goals.
With an emphasis on the power of the
therapeutic relationship that honors the space
required for healing, feeling, and for real growth
to occur. She utilizes a broad range of therapies,
including DBT, solution-focused, and person-
centered to address depression and anxiety,
mental health disorders, life transitions,
relationships, grief, caregiving issues, parenting,
and women’s issues.Hannah began her social work journey by
completing her undergraduate degree from
Montclair State University in Social Services
and Child Life Specialist. During her time there,
she studied both social work practice and
working with hospitalized children.Hannah earned her Master of Social Work
degree from Rutgers University and is a
Licensed Social Worker. After completion of her
degree, Hannah began working in a private
practice setting and continued working with
children with acute medical disorders and their

training and her personal journey she hopes to
connect with her clients and meet them where

Kathleen Brooks MSW, LSW

Kathleen is a therapist with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups. She has extensive experience and training in substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders co-dependency, anxiety, stress, depression and grief. Kathleen’s therapeutic approach is client-centered focusing on individual strengths and empowerment for the process of change. Her approach assists individuals to address the complex and painful challenges they are facing with the realization that no situation is too difficult, nor any unhappiness too great to overcome with the use of their special gifts and strengths to draw upon. Kathleen’s approach involves assisting clients in the process of replacing feelings of hopelessness, powerlessness, guilt and shame into feelings of peace, joy and empowerment involving a transformed perception of self, purpose and direction. Individuals are assisted in the process of recognizing and transforming their personal stumbling blocks into building blocks for growth, change and happiness.
